Manchester United set to continue earning £20million after announcing a new training kit sponsor

Manchester United are out of kit sponsorship this season after an eight-year, 120 million pounds contract with American insurer Aon expired last season ufabet. 

The Athletic reports that the Red Devils have now partnered with a new training kit, Tezos, the innovative blockchain platform for digital finance.

For Tezos, it has begun to penetrate the sports market more than before last year to support the New York Metz in Major League Baseball. US bass and the McClaren team in Formula One. 

Tezos was name as the primary technical partner of Team Vitality, a French esports organization. In January 2022, in what was describe as one of the largest deals in “European esports history,”. Which Tezos secured front-of-shirt visibility.

United did not respond to requests for comment. The Athletic contacted Tezos, but he did not respond before publication.

The deal is also thought to include collaboration beyond United’s training kit. Which would aid the company’s efforts to maximize opportunities in the technology space. Such as the metaverse and “web 3.0.”
